Superb

Liked: Breakfast very good.
Disliked: Apparently this location offers a discount to customers who have business at Stamford Hospital. We have used this hotel four times during hospital stays ... and have never been offered a discount even though we have made it known we were there for surgeries at the hospital. Is this only done for friends of the hotel manager?

Liked: Due to full trains, broke up the journey here between Boston and NYC. Not really accessible without a car. Included breakfast was good.
Disliked: Staff were not friendly or available, room was poorly lit and bed not very comfortable. Wifi was difficult to use. Would not return.

Disliked: Difficulty using keycards on return to properly both nights. Had to go back to reception to get new ones twice
