You folks need to train your staff on their customer service.

Disliked: Tv didnt work the first night of our stay. Front desk kept saying that someone had been called to reset the system. Strange that the tv in the lobby was working. I asked if we could have one of the complimentary waters, that they hand out when you check in, and the lady said, Im sorry sir, but those are reserved for our Diamond guests. I was really surprised at over $200 dollars a night, and this was the third time we had stayed in this hotel, that she said, We have them for sale. The lady never asked what room we were in, my name or anything, never looked up, not making eye contact. We got two of the waters when we checked in, and I dont know if we are Diamond guests or not. Its sad when the hotel is having technical issues with services in the hotel, that something as simple as giving a guest a bottle of water would have been a problem. I went down the street to Ralphs and bought a six pack of water for $3.99, and the waters in the hotel were $2.00 each, no thanks. Lastly, one of the coffee packs at my coffee pot, had already been used, and not replaced, so I got a new one at the front desk, and the toilet flush valve worked intermittently, I had to take the tank lid off and reset it so the toilet would flush. There are other hotels in Seal Beach, for us to choose from, and I dont think we will be back to this one. One $.50 bottle of water, would have made a difference.
