Stuck on the elevator=ahhh

Liked: Room was nice. Bed was comfy. They called to tell me we left my daughter’s toy behind, so that was nice of them.
Disliked: My kid and I got stuck on the elevator and had to have the fire department let us out. The manager didn’t bother to talk to me until I asked for one after it happened this morning. One of the staff members was pushing me out of the hotel. And their breakfast was put away before 10am. Even though it was until 10am.
