Liked: Undergoing some remodeling. Nice rooms. Only problem was no night light for bathroom.
Disliked: Highway noise in some rooms. Not severe

Liked: The queen suite was large.
Disliked: I did not know the hotel was under renovation and, our room was not complete ( there was no faucet in the kitchen area ).

Liked: I paid for the room and showed up, but the hotel said they were full and didnt have any rooms. So at 11:30 at night I had to go find another hotel. Its been four days and my money still has not been refunded. You can probably understand why Im unhappy

Nice hotel. A good night...

Liked: Breakfast is always nice there. Granted, it is considered a "free" or "included" benefit, but they do a nice job. Rooms are clean. Water for the shower is nice and hot.
Disliked: Probably more expensive than I prefer. There are other hotels less expensive very close by, but they are not as comfortable.

Comfortable but understaffed for housekeeping.

Liked: Comfortable room, shower hot.
Disliked: Notice in room indicated to notify desk if desiring “housekeeping.” Upon returning to room we found only new towels but bed not made, trash containers not emptied. We thought maybe this is what Hilton means by “housekeeping.” Manager rectified this the second day.

Disappointed I didn’t get Hilton...
