Liked: I liked and enjoyed your two staff members Kaitlyn and Malcolm Jones front desk crew. They were pleasant, professional and kind. I will only returned to stay there because of them and locations.
Disliked: The bed was to firm for me but my mom love it. The pillows was horrible poor quality. The room was on the small size to be call a suite. The doors should have some type of noise guard on them when you shut the door. I think breakfast should last until 10:30, more waffle machine, Turkey sausages and organic milk. Need to hire more staff. I think your front desk should always be some one there but they were doing double duties because of staff shortage. I watch KaitLyn answer phones, cleaning the lounge area, push big trash can down the hall and check guest in. Also need security a random person walk in the front door to use the restroom that was not a paid guest.

Liked: The location is great and you?re 10 min to anything and everything easy to grab a Lyft or an Uber. 10 min to coliseum!
Disliked: The staff was Nasty stayed here for a New Years Eve event and My friends and I were treated very poorly. They complained about everything except noise. What we were wearing, smoking in a smoking section, taking food at breakfast it was horrible. The entire hotel was treated the same way! Never will stay here again for that reason!

Liked: Cleanliness as I walked thru the door...fresh..staff super courteous...
Disliked: That the kitchen was only staffed with one person. There should be 2 people in the kitchen for an establishment such as this housed with so many guests...property was sold out..not fair to the personnel....the young lady was very thorough and very clean in her etiquette handling the food..and replenished promptly when needed..in between ensuring that the area stayed clean and restocking...it was overwhelming . Give them the support they need so they dont mind keeping the establishment nice and clean and stocked so that your guests will continue to return and give great reviews!!! Should always be 2 people in the dining facility!! Teamwork makes dreams work!! She was awesome ...give her some help!!

Fantastic and comfortable night.
Liked: Room was great, beds were comfortable.
