Liked: The room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: I booked the room at you establishment because you had a pool, but we couldn't use the pool because of maintenance. I would have paid less for a room at a hotel that didn't have a pool, but you didn't state that your pool wasn't available.. so I paid 155.00 to sleep,you get a 0 for not informing your guest of your maintenance
