Liked: W has to cancel one day of our trip. We had booked through booking.com and they didn’t refund us any of our one day that we dropped. Once we spoke to Hampton’s inn, it all was fixed. From here on out, it’s Hampton all the way!!!

Liked: Exactly what you expect,also locatian wise. Clean and comfortable with nice breakfast. Very good for visiting Bastrop. Easy drive from Austin airport

Clean and pleasant stay, but...

Liked: They woman that checked us is was very friendly, nice, and patient. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good selections.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in the room and for the price we paid you would think it would be available. We were told there are no refrigerators in "standard" rooms.

I had an enjoyable stay...

Liked: I really enjoyed the accommodations and friendly staff.
Disliked: I did not like the location of my room. Outside of my window was a wall. No view. Just a wall.
