Liked: Everything was excellent except the breakfast.
Disliked: The complementary breakfast needed some help. Grits would have been nice with some REAL scrambled eggs. Maybe some sausage, egg and cheese biscuits you can microwave would be nice.

Liked: Clean! The room,lobby,and grounds were clean and well kept.The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. The hotel and surrounding area felt safe.There was plenty of soap,shampoo,and conditioner.
Disliked: Pool was closed. A little disappointing because I had planned on doing some laps that evening but we were there for one night so it wasn't a big deal.

Liked: First and foremost the room, lobby, and grounds were very clean and well kept. Folks at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Felt safe in the area and hotel. Bed was comfortable. There was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion (not the tiny bottles). Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was closed. I had planned on swimming that evening BUT it wasn't a priority and we were only there for one night. As far as the billing process (which was not the fault of the hotel) I was not pleased. I booked through Priceline for a grand total of $208.09 and when I checked out, I was billed by Booking.com and the grand total was $230.32. Booking.com should credit me the difference, we'll see. But this does make me second guess booking through these 3rd party websites. Never had an issue like this before.

Liked: Everything! The location was convenient to walk to many places to eat or lounge. The staff were absolutely pleasant, and accommodating. The hotel was extremely clean everywhere inside the room as well as the common areas, and it was quiet. As someone who is very picky about cleanliness when I’m away from home, that was the most important part.
Disliked: Nothing. It was perfect for my stay

Liked: It was nice, clean and very comfortable for me. And so many quick food places near by literally walking distance I loved that so much. The breakfast they served wasnt bad either, so this was easily a great booking for me.

Liked: I loved how every employee was very polite and helpful to me and my sisters. Princely was a SUPERSTAR !! He is amazing and deserves a raise !! I would definitely stay here again and the breakfast was good so that’s a plus ! Thank you Hampton Inn for an amazing birthday weekend ❤️
