Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great. We loved the place. What made it more special was the assistant manager Corey. By mistake I had booked the wrong night at the same hotel through booking.com. This was nonrefundable. I mentioned it to Corey and he really stepped up. He made some phone calls to cancel and get my money back. I truly appreciate all his efforts and going out of his way. This made my day. I will stay at Hampton Inn again.

Liked: The location of the hotel was very convenient.
Disliked: There was a smell in the hallways leading to the room. The rooms were a bit outdated.

I loved it, and so...

Liked: The location is amazing. So many stores and things to do all around. Also super quiet and comfortable. The hot tub and indoor pool where perfect to relax in.

Liked: The woman on staff was very helpful. I have mobility issues and she made many good suggestions.Also there was a guest laundry which I very much appreciated!!
Disliked: All was great
