Liked: The morning staff was were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and the staff quickly replaced food and kept the eating area clean.
Disliked: When checking in, there was nobody at the desk. It took almost 10 minutes before someone came to counter. I even tried calling the hotel while standing there with my family, but that didnt help.
