Liked: Friendly quick service at the front desk. Inviting lobby area with tea and coffee available. First impression of our room was that it smelled so clean and it was clean. Comfortable beds. Shower head had a strong steady flow. Would definitely stay again. 😊

Fun and comforting

Liked: The staff were friendly. It was close to restaurants and gas stations. I also liked how it wasn’t too expensive. Very clean hotel room.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t clean enough when it was time to swim. I also had an incident with the people next door playing their music too loud but that’s something to expect on New Year’s Eve!

OK, but not great.

Liked: Middling breakfast. Limited selection, ingredient quality.
Disliked: Bathroom cleanliness borderline - dirt buildup in corners. Silicone grout deteriorating.

Liked: Staff very friendly and tried to be accommodating, given some of the issues we had and their limitations.
Disliked: This particular Hampton Inn did not live up to my expectations of a Hampton Inn - I have been staying at HI for 20+ years. The hotel was outdated. There was no hot water initially - you had to run the water for 10 minutes. The breakfast was mediocre at best - nothing like my past experience has been with breakfasts at HI. I stayed for 5 minutes and could not get my room cleaned. I tried to get clean towels one day from the housekeeper and she told me she didn't have any extra towels. The mattresses on the bed were old and saggy.
