Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed.The hotel was in a great, central location, a subway station practically outside the hotel, it was very easy to get around from.Plenty of food at breakfast and free tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and water available 24/7 downstairs.The beds were comfy, we slept well. Not too much ourside noise as we were on the 20th floor.Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.
Disliked: The breakfast room was small for the number of guests. You have to make sure you are there before 8am to get a table easily.Storage space in the room was tricky for a family of four, only one small wardrobe and three small drawers, be super organised! Coat hooks I the room would have been useful especially on the rainy days.

Liked: The hotel is in the perfect location, steps away from a metro station and, walking distance to some of the major attractions. We had a double room with two queen beds for a family of 4 (two small kids). The room was much bigger than expected. There is a complimentary tee and coffee in the room, and on top of that hotel offers coffee and water to go, available in the lobby 24/7 free of charge.
Disliked: There are two elevators which are quite busy, it may take a while to get up/down during the rush hours. The breakfast area is small and we found it a bit crowded. Breakfast selection is poor, boring and not the highest quality but it makes your stomach full. After a week of eating white sweet bread and eggs, I will not look at this type of food for some time. There are no veggies but different types of fruit are available. Only paper plates and plastic cutlery are available. It makes me feel bad to think how much trash we produced during a week-long stay.
