Liked: The guy at the front desk was friendly.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the name is very similar to the Hampton Inn which is next door and what I thought I was reserving. I found this out when the Hampton Inn told us they had been booked full four hours earlier. They knew what happened and told us we probably booked at the Hamilton Inn next door. Embarrassing to say the least. I don’t think some truck drivers would stay at this place. The room smelled and the shower was dripping water in the bathtub and wouldn’t shut off. The towel bar by the sink was barely hanging on the wall by glue. Corner of room carpeting by lamp was dirty. As tired as we were I would sleep in my car before putting my head down in this place. Our stay was about 10 minutes long and we ended up staying at the Marriott in Elkin 3 miles away. Being tired from driving all day cost us $90 because of me not looking closer at what we were paying for. This place should have been knocked down years ago!

Liked: The cleanliness. The size of the bathroom. The comfort of the bed and pillows.The staff.
Disliked: The only thing not great about this place is the older decor. That doesn't bother me a bit though. Cleanliness is what matters to me and this place had it for sure!
