The phone staff was EXCELLENT!...

Liked: Locationl was central.
Disliked: The plumbing needs attention. Sink drain took long time to eliminate water. The room needs more lighting.

Liked: Great location, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Very friendly staff. The hotel was clean, the room was big, the bed comfortable and having a table and couch was great.
Disliked: no blow dryer in the room.

Disliked: Guy in the breakfast room he doesn't help when we needed my little kid drop his juice on the table I ask him for towel to clean by my self he never brought the towel breakfast supposed to ends by 9 am he stop way early I still recommend..

Disliked: The service. The broken lock on the door. The duct tape on the floor. The couch in from of the air conditioner. Ripped pillows

Disliked: Room and Facilities are old and dirty! Bad part of town, lots of homeless people hanging out!
