Filthiest hotel I have ever...

Liked: It was the filthiest hotel I have ever seen. I reported this hotel to the local health department. I have pictures of the dirty room that was rented to me. I had to move to the Super 8. I want my money refunded immediately!
Disliked: We were given a dirty room in which we had to strip the bed, pick up a tremendous amount of trash, ask for toilet paper since there was none in the room, the floor and furnishings were filthy, and there was rotting food in the microwave and random pills scattered on the floor that we had to pick up. I reported to the health department and refused to stay due to the shocking condition of this property. I took pictures and still have them as proof. I want an immediate refund!

Bad service, dirty room, no...

Liked: I had a bed, the tv worked, and the shower water was hot.
Disliked: Three days prior I paid for the room on booking.com. i called the hotel on the day i was to come in. I told the man that I'd be coming i about 10:30. I also wanted to verify with them that I had a room. I had a confirmation # I wanted to give him. His English was hard to understand, but he didn't confirm my reservation, he just said "Come, come get a room." I show up at 10:30, and the man told me he had no rooms. I said i called to verify, etc. He pointed at the sign which read, "No rooms". I walked out, then came back in and told him that stinks that I booked a room, called to verify, and that he told me to come, get a room. ...He then said he'd get me a room. And he did.The Toom: DIRTY! There was debris all over the carpet, like it wasn't vacuumed in months. Cat hair alk over the place. Smelled like cigarette smoke in the room. The little table was dirty. No towels. Looked like there was some painting done a while ago, then just left. Lamp shade on the floor. Woke up at 6:00 to a man yelling at another person and doors slamming. I did take a shower though good thing I brought some extra t-shirts and have a sweatshirt and sweatpants two dry off with. I will not stay there again. I should have walked out when he told me there was no room.When I was leaving to check out, there's a man sleeping on the couch in the lobby a pillow over his head. I think he was the one working there.

Liked: The only thing I liked was that the airport was across the street. That’s all.
Disliked: EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY. The workers look like they on drugs. It took 2 hours to get a room when I paid for it 4 hours ago

ABSOLUTE HELL

Disliked: this hotel was absolute hell. Thurs: When I checked in the desk attendant said it didn't matter that I paid thru booking.com and when I checked out my credit card would be charged again. We were given a key to our room, just two doors down from the front desk. The toilet wasn't screwed to the floor and every time we sat we thought we'd fall through. No light in the bathroom. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. We wouldn't sleep in the beds but luckily we had pillows and quilts in our car. Friday: no one at the front desk 8 a.m. No one at front desk 9 a.m. Shower didn't work. Headed out shopping and came back around 6 30. No one at the front desk. Our key no longer worked in our door. There was a public washroom in the hall across from our room and opened the door and no exaggerating - there must have been something dead in there the smell was so bad. We finally called the Texas number (we were in North Dakota) and Cellie, the manager answered. She called someone and finally we were let into our room. Despite paying for 2 nights, we had been checked out. His solution was to move us. First room he showed had a smell of urine and vomit. The second room he showed had a broken bed and huges moth like holes in the carpet. Best option was to stay in our room. Cellie showed up later and was not even interested in the fact that our room was in such disrepair and made no attempt to get a maintenance guy out to at least fix the bathroom light. Her solution was to leave her a note. We got to see prostitutes outside our room and people partying outside lobby doors.
