Reservations on fictional rooms haha

Liked: That they had rooms with spa tubs and a very good rate
Disliked: I booked the room went to check in and they didn't have it available and the front desk canceled my reservation but the money was taken out of my account and it's still not refunded back as of yet

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Everything

Never stay with them

Liked: Nothing, the worst experience ever
Disliked: The receptionist was snuffy, the room was dirty and there was a bad smell, and towels were on the floor. I refused to stay in such conditions and of course no refund :(

Soooo unfair !

Liked: Nothing I didn’t stay there and I didn’t get my momey back , I didn’t have the deposit
Disliked: Them charging me even thow is didn’t have deposit

Disliked: NO HOT WATER!! wasn't told about it until I came in... asked how long has it been going on and I was told for over a month and a half!!! totally unacceptable.. she'd admit s fishing and was told I was paying a discount. I had no choice but to stay because I didn't want to look for another place... it was late and I was tired!

Disliked: VNo hot water when we stayed:( something was goin g on.
