Liked: The water park was great
Disliked: The staff and the facility was terrible when we got here at 5 pm we found out one of the rooms I booked was no longer available so we got another suite however I had two nights booked and we had to move the following day we didn’t want to move however we were told our room was already booked by someone else even though they had given one our original room away to someone else! I will not understand why it was alright for us to be inconvenienced and not compensated for our time the move or not having our other room And there were mice traps all over one with a dead mouse we will not be back

Booking.com has terrible customer service.

Disliked: This trip was for my daughters birthday. she came down with COVID the day before the trip. I received special permission from GWL to receive a refund, but booking.com wouldnt process the return, and they stopped communicating with me about the visit once I sent them the email from the general manager of the location.

Very horrible and do not recommend this to anyone

Liked: My son had a decent time and the room was big
Disliked: The staff was very poor from the moment. Got there. There was nothing posted that they were a cashless place and also nothing was posted about the construction that started at 6 am. I was also told I could check in at 1 and then after makeing a 3 hour drive we could not check in until 4 almost. The manager up front the day of check in was extremely rude after askin several questions on why non of this was posted on their site.
