A very nice hotel in...

Liked: Great location , on site parking, clean very nice room , comfortable bed & good shower Lovely food served in bar & staff friendly & helpful
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Very clean and functional room...

Liked: The location was good, welcoming staff and room was very clean. We didn’t require breakfast as early sports event. Only noise from bar area below until 11pm but in general neighbourhood very quiet.
Disliked: Small car park but able to park for free on the street nearby.

Disliked: Check in wasn’t a smooth process - I had to ring the bell and call the reception … also the room was unbearably hot on arrival

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful couldn't ask for a better hotel. Made me feel right at home

Convenient and inexpensive for Albyn...

Liked: Comfortable bed and nice front facing room (may have been upgraded). Loads of hot water and heating. Bath and shower over bath. Tea and coffee making facilities. Opening window. Handy for Albyn Hospital. Great price
Disliked: Two sockets weren't working - USB and bedside lamp. Flickering light in the en-suite. Some noise from the road and the bar but very muffled. I think there was football on as it was Saturday. No breakfast but I knew that beforehand

Awful!

Liked: The bed was clean and comfortable
Disliked: We cut our feet in broken tiles on step up to shower. Furniture in the room was broken. Toilet was completely blocked and couldn’t be used. There was no staff to be found to complain to or give us help.

Rubbish

Liked: Nothing - it was awful
Disliked: Be assured that I (nor any of my colleagues) will be staying at your establishment ever again under my recommendation.I’m writing this at 00.16 (past midnight) where your bar staff are still happily serving people (I checked your website- last orders is 10.45), and the music is so loud there may as well be a mobile disco in my room. For information I have a 5am taxi booked, for an early flight, but my feeling at this point is I may as well leave now, as I obviously won’t be getting any sleep. This is my mistake for choosing the lower end of the budget for proximity to work, but I didn’t expect this level of terrible.I basically booked a room for a bed rather than my normal choice, Howe sleep is looking unlikely. Thankyou. I will now remember this experience when choosing a booking in the future Regrettable never to be repeated Paul Badger
