Disliked: Bad experience with staff, and when I book 2 room both 3 persons and i one with breakfast, and we are 4 persons they put one person in one room with breakfast only, They take the hose from my room without permission they said bez there is water in floor and it was from the sink

Liked: I was impressed from the moment I walked through the main doors. From the guitar/music themed decor, the London taxi lit up in the lobby, the people sitting around the coffee shop and the bar area, there was a feeling of relaxation and welcome. When I checked in I was shown to the lifts, the room numbers were clearly displayed, and the room itself was warm and clean. The bed was very comfortable too, I had a great nights sleep.
Disliked: I thought £20 a little expensive for breakfast.
