Liked: The mural in the swimming pool area is awful. I suggest you get a new one. If you need a reference for an artist please give my wife Julia a call at 970-404-1829.
Disliked: The jets on the spa didn't work - it would be nice if they did, and the mural in the pool/spa area is awful and detracts from the hotel.

Liked: Clean comfortable room. Great pillows
Disliked: The breakfast buffet. This is the first time we have paid to eat the breakfast buffet and it definitely will be the last. It is a basic breakfast bar (no breakfast meat) that generally comes free at other facilities. And the staff there are very rude. They were not rude to us but to another customer. Actually yelling at her over a to go container for her food. I was shocked it was totally unacceptable behavior. We will stick to eating else where while staying at the Grand Vista

Nice, safe, enjoyable stay.

Liked: Pillows were very nice, bed comfortable, bed cover warm. Like the view. All staff very nice.
Disliked: Towels are like sandpaper, toilet sits very low, parking spots are made for small cars very tight for pickups and full size SUVs. Parking lot could use brighter lights.

Excellent Stay

Liked: Right off of I-70 so it was a quick drive from the highway after driving all day. Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Disliked: Not a whole lot of parking but it was the night before thanksgiving so that was to be expected.
