Disliked: We need some helped and I dialed 0 a madam answered in French then I asked please send somebody to our room. I tried 3 times the same one answered. No body came to the room. It was may 24th afternoon.

Liked: Very quiet, the hotel was filled with kids and we didn't hear any noise, the rooms are very soundproof.
