Never again

Liked: Terrible location. Room advertised as beach front. It was beach view. I have stayed across the highway beach front (Big balcony) and thought it was nice. The last stay was my final stay. Went thru bookit.com. they did nothing to but change the ad for that room. Hotel itself nor booking would let check out with out penalty of over half the money. Nor was either willing to work something out. It was to much hassle to cross over to go to the beach. I have never stayed across the highway from the beach due to health issues. I will be back to PC beach but I will never stay at the Grand Panama due to be overcharged and Hassel to work it

We had an awesome time...

Liked: The location of the room was awesome, We were over the pool facing the beach and the view was awesome. The size of the balcony is great. The room had everything we needed to make it a wonderful get away from home.
Disliked: Our room had a terrible odor when we first entered. We had to buy air freshener and keep it sprayed. Also, we ran out of water on more than occasion, as well as the hot water didn't last very long either. The hot tub rules are not enforced and people would get in at 8 am and hog it all day, keeping others from enjoying it. Plus they let their children swim and dive in it, making it impossible for adults to relax in a hot tub as they would like.

Liked: Easy beach access
Disliked: I have a full size truck and the parking spaces are very tight. Security wanted yo tow my truck for being a foot over the line even though the parking deck wasn't full.

Bad

Liked: The pool was great! The kitchen was nice and big. The king bed was great!!
Disliked: Nasty couch that smelled really bed,indoor chairs were falling apart, and a nasty rug. Mildew. Outdoor furniture was rusty, 2 chairs that we could not sit on due to broken legs.
