Great place for a family....

Liked: It was so nice to be able to have my whole family with us in the same room and it was also affordable
Disliked: It was just nice all around. It was very kid friendly they handed out popsicles for the kids one day and the next the kids got to make bracelets we missed the painting a piggy bank because we didn’t know but that was our fault

Location is great, property is...

Liked: Location and proximity to legoland, outlets, restaurants was great. The shuttle service was very accommodating and the drivers were fantastic. Lobby area was inviting and the lobby bartender was great.
Disliked: The overall feel was not great. Did not feel like a hotel that we are paying to stay at rather a rented condo. The service was at the bare minimum. We were left a message about “hotel vouchers” on our 3rd day of stay. I asked why it wasn’t given to us upon arrival and no one had an answer. With the obvious construction going on, the service should have been way better.

Great place! Fun for kids!

Liked: Beautiful property and greatly appointed location. Super close to legoland, literally a walk away!
Disliked: We had a miscommunication with rooms and the staff should tell us which building is what.
