Great location, great experience.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, good restaurant.
Disliked: A bit noisy - guests in corridor and above our room. Room was close to lifts.

Disliked: Only complaint really was the bathroom area was very small for a high end room. But overall the room was nice and meet my expectations.

Liked: Comfortable room. We loved the dining and sitting area in the suite. Great views.
Disliked: Hotel feels slightly old. Buffet breakfast has a good variety but fruit was not fresh (melon over ripe and tasted fermented).

Liked: service, view, pool, bed and free chocolate fountain from 4-5pm option.
Disliked: Layout of the bathroom, rather small, loo roll holder on wrong side, no toilet scrubber option

Liked: Staff when I tried to check in were very poor
Disliked: I rang up 30mins before to check if I could check in. They said yes, and I turned up and was told no. It took almost an hour out of my day and didn't do anything to address it.

Disliked: My tv didn’t work and the toilet smelled like urine.
