Amazing rooms! Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at. I was actually sad I didn't spend more time in the room. It was comfortable, affordable, and classy at the same time. The room service was delicious, the staff was nice, and it felt like a platinum level hotel. I highly recommend.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing. Room service was fast. Front desk always there when we needed something. They even go above and beyond. I forgot a phone charger and one of the valet workers let me borrow one! The bathroom was huge with a great mirror for me to do my makeup! 10/10 all around.
Disliked: Nothing id change! The rooms were excellent, in unit temp control. Loved it.

Disliked: Parking would be the only downfall, but still not a huge inconvenience walking across the street.

Disliked: I did not like that the web site says check in before you park and we circled the block until I had to call to find out what to do because there was absolutely no place to park

Disliked: Under staffed - everyone was so wonderful and did their absolute best. It was clear at meal time and after the concert we attended the exceptional staff was not equipped to handle the " rush" . We didn't order food because we felt so bad for everyone. Hopefully, this Hyatt can hire another staff or 2 in the future.

Liked: Great location and great value. Big clean, quiet room with great value. Friendly staff. Nice mini market in lobby area if you run short of snacks and soda. Will definitely stay again.
Disliked: Wish it were still The Grand Hotel. The Grand had early morning coffee service delivered to your room if you ordered the night before. Now it is a typical big hotel chain, not that is bad. I did order room service breakfast. It was just ok. Food reminded me what you get at Dennys but served on paper takeout. Bad coffee.
