Disliked: Our reservation for dinner somehow got lost between reception and the restaruant. The bar had no peanuts, crisps or snacks in the evening we were there. Weird!Also a little strange is that as the bar stops serving food at 10pm, but the "night shift" where one can order via room service doesn't start until 10.30pm. So for 30 minutes the guests cannot order food. No disaster but a strange set-up.When ordering a midnight sandwich through room service, I was told that it was impossible to get a beer or a glass of wine. In fact they had no alcohol at all as the bar had closed and the reception hadn't bothered getting any alcohol for the night shift.A bit amateurish all round. Still overall a nice place.
