Only fair

Liked: Property was fine and nicely located
Disliked: The front desk was terrible. Tried to modify our reservation, and was continually given the runaround with no answers. When we got the bill, we have been grossly overcharged and are under dispute with them now.

Liked: Everything was great! Decor gorgeous! Will definitely stay there again!!

Liked: The front desk staff and bell/valet staff were amazing!! Helpful and friendly!! Loved the room decor and all the art. Was there for C of C family weekend. VERY convenient and then also close to King St. Shopping, and Dining.
Disliked: Coffee maker in room didnt work well. But I did not try to get it replaced. So thats on me. :)
