Liked: Gondola Vista is terrific place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful . The villa, furniture, amenities, ambience is awesome. The villa has happy and positive feel which made us happy as soon as we entered and started staying. Giant TV and music system at every level is great. Kitchen, cutlery, appliances, bathrooms and features, fireplace, etc. etc. are all superb. Max and Vissa and others at reception were extremely welcoming and attended to all our requests promptly and efficiently.
Disliked: Nothing. It is perfect..

Liked: Great location, very clean and well maintained. Among the very nicest properties that we have stay at with our family.
Disliked: The check in process was not communicated very clearly to us. This appears to be a consistent problem since other on property mentioned the same thing. Once we found out where to go the process went smoothly.
