Beautiful B & B

Liked: Marsha is a wonderful host and she serves a wonderful breakfast.Bed was also very comfortable.
Disliked: I can't find any fault with this lovely place.

Only suitable for the location....

Liked: Only the location.
Disliked: A step back to the 1950's. The bedrooms and bathroom need to be decluttered to remove excess furniture and old dated personal items in order to create more room for guests and make suitable for travellers with luggage. Accommodation provided for visitors should be neutral and shouldn't be personalised with ancient personal items. Estabishment needs updating and general maintenance carried out everywhere including painting and attention to the lack of hot water and pressure in the shower. Excessively overpriced.

Great value, clean and comfortable

Liked: Marsha delivered on the breakfast! Her homemade breakfasts were based on our preferences and delicious. I choose the bedroom w/ the queen sized bed and was very comfortable during our stay.
Disliked: Not that there's anything that I didn't like about it but for others it may be helpful to know that this property is less a "bed and breakfast" and more like staying at a friends house. If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, affordable place to stay and you have a car, this is a great place.

Mixed feelings

Liked: The breakfasts were very good and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean, the shower was very slow to drain. There was a bullet hole in one of the windows and the other window did not open. There were holes in the walls and clutter all over the house. There was no chair to sit on in the room so you have to sit on the bed to watch TV. After the cost of the room for 3 nights plus tax was agreed on, an extra charge of $35 was added to my credit card without my knowledge. When I asked about it Marsha said it was a cleaning fee.

Liked: -Marsha and her daughter, Annette were very welcoming and informative-We loved the breakfasts, Marsha made different items every day-My son got ill during our stay and Marsha made him tea every morning which helped him all day -We enjoyed the talks we had with Marsha and Annette. They both were so friendly. -Was helpful that we were able to park in the driveway-We really liked their puppy Molly. She was so cute
Disliked: -The only thing we didn?t care for was the street they were located on was pretty busy

It fit our purpose, nothing...

Liked: Location was great! Only about 3 mile from our event we took in each day.
Disliked: Very small bedroom, no chair to sit on, just enough room to walk around the bed. Nothing wrong with that just be for warned.
