Liked: Joe hotel manager very good customer service and never a problem brilliant if only the larger hotels wood do the same take a leaf from his book

Great stay, no complaints

Liked: The single bed took a bit of getting used to but was comfy, great staff, room cleaned every day, car park, no-nonsense good quality accommodation recommend to all and a full breakfast served at 07.00 good access to A38/M42
Disliked: Nothing all good

Great little last minute find.

Liked: All staff were good but Kieran was an absolute star and a credit to the venue. Made us very welcome, made sure we had breakfast even although we were late one morning, and really engaged with our son. Immaculately clean throughout the whole venue, staff always doing something.
Disliked: Shower could have been warmer and slightly more powerful. We had baths instead though.
