We were not disappointed at all with our stay at the Gladstone. Their website showing the unique rooms had me hooked from the get go. We had the Parlour of Twilight - very cool! Meals at the restaurant were amazing, as were the front desk staff and we loved the elevator! The seating area outside our room door and coffee were great and perfect for getting together with our friends. It was a an enjoyable experience for our 5 nights in Toronto.
Liked: Close to the Liberty Grand Entertainment Complex where we needed to be.

Liked: Great location for visiting our granddaughter in Toronto ( in fact she thinks we live at the Gladstone! In fact they even prepare fresh noodles with butter and grated cheese for her when we eat in the Cafe' or Melody Bar.

Lovely art boutique hotel but...
Liked: I booked the Raccine room which was a throwback to the Victorian era. Very unique and cool room. The luggage opens up to reveal a TV. The side table revealed an old school AM/FM radio. They also offered CXBO chocolate. Staff were awesome and prompt! Friends loved the quirky features. Cool Instagram material. Great location to a private party I was attending nearby. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: Unloading the car and parking is not ideal as there was a private party and we could not access the back or side door. Card access to our floor was a little wonky. Our end side table's mirror was cracked. Our specific room was a little dark for getting ready. My friend was feeling ill and late check-out was hard to accommodate. A bit on the pricey side at $400 CAD after taxes.
