Super location for York.

Liked: Perfect location just a 5 minute walk from the Minster. Excellent breakfast served by friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean, tidy and with comfy beds.
Disliked: Parking is the only fault as far as we could see. Parking in York is expensive and the area has quite limited parking.

Liked: Great staff gentleman who grated us could not have been more helpful.Great location and like the annex rooms.
Disliked: It wasn't made clear at breakfast that cereal was still available, coffee was luke warm, and toast was burnt one side. No extra toast offered for jams.
