Liked: Great location, breakfast included.
Disliked: The shower did not feel super clean, bathroom was a little damp/ musky and the shower drain was clogged and not draining properly.

Liked: Location was great and quiet, ample parking and comfortable room.
Disliked: There was no room service being no one cleaned the room or replaced the coffee, soap, shampoo and toilet rolls or emptied the bins.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location, close to Eye and Ear hospital.
Disliked: Water very hot and a little hard to regulate

Superb

Liked: Loved the vibe of this historic home. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The breakfast was a delightful experience. We were so close to Melbourne CBD. Parking was available at the property off the street. We would be happy to return.
