Liked: Not too large a property and a good location.
Disliked: The hard pillows.

Liked: Felt like coming home - stayed there several times
Disliked: Rock hard pillow and weird humming noise in room!

Liked: We booked the Double room which was advertised that there was a bath & shower but when we checked in the room only had a shower, we mentioned to the lovely lady at reception and she gave us another room with a bath

Liked: Lovely spacious shower room - NB: no bath
Disliked: It took us a while to work out how to open any windows to get some fresh air into the room - eventually we worked out how to open the bathroom window.

Norwich visit

Liked: Convenient and comfortable. Had a lovely spacious room with sofabed and sliding doors to separate. Breakfast and dinner were good again. Our third stay and would stay again. Always friendly staff and close to city centre for strolling in and short drive to University
Disliked: no view from one window only a screen covering Aircon units., but this didn't bother us as we were only in the room at nighttime.

A superb short break

Liked: A wonderful hotel, well located in a quiet area within walking distance of the town. The staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way for us. The food was delicious and the dining room had a great atmosphere. We are already planning another trip in Autumn. Thank you.

Very good

Liked: Very clean room and bathroom. With a large comfortable bed. Good location with bus stop on a main bus route outside. Restaurant food is very nice with a good selection. The only thing i would say is the portions are very large, far more than i have had in most places before, and whilst most would see that as a positive thing, it means we were so full after the main we couldn't try the desserts. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.
Disliked: We stayed in a room with an ajoining door to the next room with little sound proof. We couldn't open the window and keep it open to get fresh air in. It was very warm in the room at times.
