Ask for the third-floor

Liked: The third floor is great. I’ve never stayed on the first floor but I have stayed on the second and it’s not so great at all but the third floor is newly renovated and very nice. The nighttime staff is great the daytime staff doesn’t really speak to you I would assume they are the owners, but they are Polite
Disliked: Although it’s a great access to get to the freeway and 225 and all of the ways that you need to go on a highway, it is in a very, very, very bad drug related area

Liked: The front desk staff at night are very kind and accommodating
Disliked: The area is on same street as a well known drug infested run down motel.

Liked: It was ok for an overnight stay.
Disliked: Shower didn't work well

Superb

Liked: The staff was great and unlike our July stay at this location, our room was clean.
Disliked: We were there for two nights and our first night, we were woke up 4 times during the night. The people next to us were arguing and were extremely loud. THe second night, we were woke up twice.All of our channels on the TV were fuzzy. Manager said the room had just been remodeled and cable must have gotten messed up. He tried to come fix it, but couldn't.

Liked: Staff was friendly, welcoming desk area was clean and neat.
Disliked: The first night I did not pay much attention to the room and how it was. I had to work that night. When I got up to get ready for work the bathroom was not clean, the sink area was not clean, the floors had not been sweeped and mopped. The beds was made but do not know when. I was not compensated of any kind for the first night. When Housekeeping did come in to clean she did an excellent job and I left her a tip.

Very good for the price

Liked: The location was perfect it was close to the event we needed to attend. The room was straightened up and cleaned everyday before we returned. The air conditioner worked super well we lowered it as soon as we got in the room and it was freezing within an hr or so.
Disliked: The toilet didn’t flush properly. We had to flush the toilet several times to get it to go down.

Pleasant

Liked: Location and price was good. The room was bigger than expected.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't have a doorknob and the bathtub paint was peeling off. That made it hard to shower without shoes
