Somewhat Disappointed Despite Room Being...

Liked: I found that this hotel was a little bit too out of the way to get to the shops and restaurants more towards the Magnificent Mile. I also was disappointed to find that there was no business center to use computers.
Disliked: No business center to use computers; also wasn't crazy about the floor layout when going to find the ice machine and munchies.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and...

Liked: The location was superb. The room was beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The best part though was the concierge being kind and understanding. I had sprained my ankle and was in crouches and he was kind enough to allow us to check in quite early. The staff also allowed us to extend our check out by an hour due to it being New Year's Day and all.
Disliked: There is nothing that I can list that I did not like. Albeit, I didn't use any of the facilities besides the room so I cannot judge or rate them. Overall, the staff was great. The location was incredible and everything in our room met our expectations.
