Liked: It was in an ideal location for what we used the hotel for the grand national
Disliked: We were in room 1 right next too reception we could hear the TV all night in reception had too tell them too turn it down at 5am then the 2nd night fire alarm went off in our room from the toaster in reception that the night porter had used too ram food in to cook

Good value for money but...

Liked: The room was clean and spacious.
Disliked: There was no window in our room 🤯 My anxiety crippled because of that. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere when booking that we won’t have a window.

Liked: Location & price.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the morning as the boiler was not working. Staff were helpful but offered no money back as compensation.

basic but clean, comfortable and...

Liked: very close to anfield
Disliked: not much around it for food etc, private function on frames lounge so we’re told it was closed.
