Liked: Large condo. Great location. Easy to cross street at traffic light to get to beach. Bedrooms vey large and nice. Kitchen appliances almost new. Patio downstairs and balcony upstairs pleasant. Need an extra chair or two on upstairs balcony. Couch and loveseat need replacing. I took motion lights for the stairs which worked great. Our family had a great time. Thank you FSOG.

Liked: Location, close to everything.
Disliked: The stairs and we couldn?t figure out how to turn the cable on. Someone came and just had to put it on channel 3 and then it worked. The upstairs TVs weren?t hooked up to cable so that wasn?t cool.

Liked: Location was great, and it was very clean.
Disliked: The property is very nice, but needs a little TLC. Broken patio chairs on the patio. Towel bar ripped out of the wall in one of the bathrooms. Door in 1 of the bedrooms out to the balcony is badly warped and would not close properly. No TV's in the upstairs bedrooms. One bedroom had a tv, but it didn't work. Cleaning crew also needs to remember to put toilet paper and towels in the downstairs bathroom. Also, more than one kitchen towel would be nice.

Liked: I was wondering the catch- why the price was so good for a condo across from the water. And then we attempted to go to sleep. First I turned on my white noise to drowned out the sound of the traffic, then we added my husband?s white noise- but there was NO SLEEP in this place! It is so loud! Plus the white blanket had black stuff blown on it from the vent overhead during the night while we laid here attempting to sleep! Thank goodness we were only here for a night and I can go home and get some sleep! I am exhausted!
Disliked: The traffic noise is horrible!
