Liked: I must say, Four Seasons is our favorite hotel out of the three we stayed at during our visit to New York. The staff were warm and welcoming with smiles. The food was delicious. I will definitely recommend it to friends.

Good and comfortable stay!

Liked: The location was really good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are of good size and very comfortable. The has an electronic tablet in the room so you can chat with the staff and place your requests and in-room dinning orders through that. Overall, a good experience.
Disliked: The only issue we faced was that the house keeping staff did not fill out some of the amenities in the room, so we had to call and request for them a couple of times.

Liked: The pool. The rooms and beds were comfortable
Disliked: For an expensive hotel, the design was of an ordinary standard. No upper level bar or restaurant.

Exceptional

Liked: Our room was not ready upon arrival. As we are regular guests of this hotel and other Four Seasons, they upgraded us to an outstanding suite. The restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck is exceptional in every way.
Disliked: Feathers in room. They changed it but still felt effects of allergies through the night.
