Liked: Property was immaculately, clean, and well appointed.Rooms were super clean and super quiet. Restaurant downstairs had excellent food and great service. Everybody was happy to help you and above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect .
Disliked: It’s a bit pricey, but that’s what the four seasons is.

Liked: Unfortunately, there was a 'false alarm' evacuation notice on our last day (of four). Also, the middle elevator failed one day, refusing to bring any passengers up or down.
Disliked: Coffee offered in the lobby-level cafe is truly, deeply, inexcusably awful.

Liked: From arriving at the hotel, reception was excellent and very helpful, room was really lovely and very comfortable. Bar was great, food and staff amazing. Really, even the doorman are so friendly and helpful.
