Double-charged by the property and...

Liked: Positives - there were no bed bugs! And the car didn't get broken into! There was a nice mini-fridge with a freezer. Those are good things to look on the bright side with.
Disliked: - Upon arrival, they insisted on charging my card again (even though I'd pre-paid) AND they wanted to charge an additional fee for using a credit card rather than honor the rate. (Booking.com totally made this right for me very quickly, though!) - It was dirty. We don't mind dated furniture and small rooms, but the surfaces had old coffee rings, the fan in the bathroom was coated with grime and dust, the shower curtain was moldy, the front door was covered in dark fingerprints, and the floor was not swept. - Only two TV channels from an over-the-air antenna. They're too cheap to buy cable, apparently. And don't expect that either channel was anything useful like news, weather, or a broadcast station with entertainment. - Water never got hotter than lukewarm. There were only two or three rooms being used, so the system wasn't overburdened either.

Liked: Location was close to venue we were attending.
Disliked: Room smelled musty. Had to buy air freshener. Bathroom was freezing cold. Outside air coming in through broken bathroom vent. Room was terribly small. Most outlets didn?t work. Very few channels available on tv. Pillows were flat.

Disliked: First room key didnt even work for the door. Went back to office to fix the issue. Got the right key to open door and find out room was already occupied.. got another room that the heat was very weak. Water didnt get hot even after running water for 30 minutes. And alot of foot traffic outside with no regard for others. Pillows were poor quality bed was like sleeping on plywood. And they expect $80 a night ???
