Very good

Liked: We were staying for a one night stop during a cycling holiday. Great bike storage complete with lots of charging points. Good sized bedroom and bathroom. Very helpful staff
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room, although there was a fan. Apart from that, everything was good.

A shame for the Fletcher...

Disliked: The hotel is not well maintained. The swimming pool area is not very welcoming, the pool itself is clean but the area around it is not kept. The grass is not mowed and there are weeds between the tiles. The rooms were very hot and therefore uncomfortable to sleep in, while outside the temperature was only 23 so during a heat wave it must be even worse. There was a fan which we put next to the open window to cool off the room a bit. But there were also no mosquito nets on the windows, so we all woke up covered in mosquito bites. When I mentioned this at the reception, the receptionist just shrugged and said “there’s nothing we can do about it, it’s because there is so much water around us.”There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so after 4 people take a shower, everything in the room is moist.The breakfast is quite basic and filled with flies. The cup I wanted to use to drink my tea had the last person’s lipstick still on it… (see picture).

Lovely hotel great location

Liked: The comfort the friendliness and the helpful staff the location really good for getting public transport into rotterdam.The swimming pool was of decent size and quite cool but refreshing .Large choice of breakfast food ( didn't eat in the evening so can't comment).
Disliked: Have not really got any negative comments

Disliked: Rooms where tatty dated no aircon very hot in room. Bedroom has a large widow facing the corridor. Yes you have a curtain but anyone can see in to your bed. when they walk down the corridor. The balcony seemed dangerous all the wood on it was rotten.

Good location for visiting Kinderdijk...
