We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Very impersonal when you check in at a kiosk.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Disliked: Noisy room - moved us but still too noisy. Charged us for their room placement.

Disliked: front desk attitude, limited food choices and dinning area, not much entertainmentthe housekeepers did a poor job at cleaning the room: visible stains and dirts and trash in the room from previous guests

Keep your expectations low

Liked: Nothing worthwhile
Disliked: Reserved a cheaper room but was told it wasn?t ready. So could wait for the preciously reserved room to become available or pay some to ?upgrade?. Not really an upgrade, just a more expensive room. Feels like a scam. If the property can?t fulfill the reservation I paid for maybe they should have tried to offset that instead of asking for money?

Ideal hotel but cleaning staff...

Liked: Ideal location very central
Disliked: the cleaners didn?t come in until Wednesday and we were there from Monday then when they actually did come in they stole my AirPods from my airport bag but I didn?t realise until we checked out as I didn?t use them at all whilst there. I have contacted the hotel as I have the location of the AirPods and they are in a random apartment block a few miles from the hotel and I wanted them to see if they could see which member of cleaning staff it had been but have had no reply!! I understands there?s probably nothing they can do but at least give me a reply. SO RUDE!!!

Liked: Not much. Bfast was poor at best. Went off site to eat.
Disliked: Poor. Powdered eggs at the food court or Mexican.

Disappointing

Disliked: Rooms were dirty, no hot water. Overall very disappointed and will never stay there again.
