We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

Disliked: Very impersonal when you check in at a kiosk.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Noisy room - moved us but still too noisy. Charged us for their room placement.

Disliked: Check in took 1 hour, three staff on and 100 people long queue. Our walking to the room stank of weed.

Don't stay here!

Liked: This place is old and it shows it. The rooms are old and outdated, not one USB plug in the room, bad ventilation, no chair to sit in, the bathroom was old and stained and hard water build up and dirty. The cards needed to access your floor on the elevator didn't work half the time, we missed our floor twice. Check in was awful The only good thing about this place was it was right on the strip, it needs a full remodel or blow it up.

Liked: The location was good, the history was cool, sad that no one's putting effort into it anymore
Disliked: Not what you'd expect from a Vegas Strip Casino. Staff were lazy & couldn't care less, the guy checking us in randomly pointed behind us and said "elevators over there", we asked for clearer instructions and he rudely explained further (the furthest elevator) like we'd asked him to do a really hard job. Had to pay for wifi yet the wifi didn't work, it connected once for about 5 minutes. Big pool being renovated- this was not mentioned when booking or discounted resort fee. The only small pool open you had to book/rent seats, strict rules on towels, just not a good time. Also light bulb on bedside lamp didn't work, so the room was only lit by one light bulb.

Liked: I liked the location, pretty safe part of the strip.
Disliked: The adult pool was closed for construction, which no one told us when we booked. Our walk to our room was about a half mile from the parking ramp. Every other place we stayed offered us a free upgrade for our honeymoon. This place wanted to charge us an extra $200 just for a bigger bed. We paid for parking with our room and had to sit in the parking ramp for a half hour every single time we wanted to leave because the key card didn't work to let us out even when we went to get it fixed 2 different times. Some of the staff was rude. The room smelled so strongly of chemicals for our entire stay, like they were using extra to try to cover up a bad odor. The line for check in and anything else you needed was so long about an hour wait every time.
