We supposedly got the upgraded room but I doubt it. It was bare minimum in the room. Not even a coffee pot. It was a disappointment. Will not stay there again.

First room was right above jackhammering at 4 am. Concrete saw at 4 am also put my wife into a migraine. Moved us next to a woman who ran up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am. Charged us an additional amount for the second room (it wasn't THAT much better). Next time we'll try Ceasars Palace.

Liked: The mattress was great but everything else was a huge disappointment.
Disliked: The Flamingo is scamming many customer offering a upgrade however you end up with the same room as if you didnt upgrade but you wouldn't actually know. We traveled with two couple booking separate, our friends didnt take to upgraded room offer on check-in but had the exactly the same room and on the same floor. We explained this to the reception and demanded our extra payment back in which they agreed, however on doing our remote check-out at a kiosk the paperwork did not have this payment as a credit but the que for the reception was so long we didn't have the time to dispute. The hotel had noise outside our window and no hot water in the mornings, its an absolute terrible experience one of the worse hotels, the staff are the rudest I have come across in all my hotel bookings especially the `manager Ebony Hunter who found it funny to laugh at me when explained the room had no hot water, she was a disgrace and at the least be disciplined by the senior management. Trust my review and book elsewhere for the same price. Overall very disgusted with the Flamingo Hotel. Please see attached image of the welding and banging at 4am.. No apology or refund.

Disliked: WiFi access was disrupted, my room was never clean- I asked multiple times but cleaners never came and li was charged fees that didn’t satisfy the purpose (resort fees for the unstable WiFi). You also have to pay 40 dollars for an early check in even if your room is ready before you check in. The value for money is horrendous given how expensive vegas is.
