Nice well maintained property, good...
Liked: Great location easy access to the town centre (10min walk). Well appointed condo with balcony. Good facilities and clean and tidy. Unallocated parking available on site. We had a really pleasant stay.
Disliked: Check-in was a little confusing - with one instruction that it was remote and another saying that it was at a lodge nearby (it was remote - email sent with he door code). When I called the number provided the message said that the response time was 24 hours. In fact the response was pretty good and the check in was fine, but there was a bit of confusion to begin with.....

Liked: kitchen, location, lots of space
Disliked: parking was tight. someone parked right behind me so I couldn’t get out on Sunday. only reason I was able to get out was the person beside me left too so I was able to get out had they not been leaving I would’ve been stuck. people should be allowed to park along the fence. when we arrive the unit wasn’t cleaned. I called 4 times and eventually they called back and sent cleaners thank goodness. we were trying to find another place to stay

I wouldn’t recommend it to...
Liked: People skills need work. They just “don’t care”. I phoned to ensure the hot tub was working when I booked, it’s REALLY hard to find and it needs a different code doesn’t matter - it wasn’t working. When I called to ask how to access the pool they responded rudely “it’s in the instructions”. Why be rude? Wasn’t working. For what we paid it was important to have this. No “lock door” instructions. They don’t work there you phone them. Other guests helped to get it working. DON’T OVERLOOK check in is 5:00 pm. Don’t assume by 3 or 4 because when I asked could it be ready a little earlier they said “it’s 5:00”. Hotels usually say we’ll try. I got them to say they’ll phone if it’s ready but it was clear I should not expect a call. It was very nice inside. For the cost normal respect for guests should be routine.
Disliked: Outlined in previous box. Did not have the facilities advertised (hot tub in disrepair but they had no idea when they were telling me how to get into where it was) terrible attitude in their over the phone service.

Liked: Parking wasn't sufficient for the number of guest. We had to find an overnight public parking away from the property
Disliked: The Carpet was extremely dirty/filthy - probably never shampooed or steam cleaned. Railing was lose and unsafe.
