Improvement to onsite management after...

Liked: Nice city view from city view apartment. Good internal access from car park to room. Close to shops.
Disliked: The principal reason for an overall rating of 1/10 was the noise. On the first night, a group booking on the same floor decided to hold a boozy party until 2.30 am in one of their rooms. This issue was addressed with management the next morning. On the third night more extreme noise emanated from one of the rooms in the rear courtyard. All windows had to be closed on both occasions to keep the noise out and that wasn't enough to remedy the situations! Management needs to strictly enforce a no party and no excessive noise policy with guests on arrival.My wife would like to see larger breakfast bowls provided please.On the third day our room was not serviced at all.

Liked: Rooms are large and have everything you need. Location is ideal, within walking distance from food spots & grocery stores. Staff were super friendly and accommodating!

Liked: It is out of town but with beautiful views of the remarkables and there is a great mall opposite with restaurants and grocery store, very nice everything you needed. Also a bus service right by to take you into Queenstown
