Liked: Staff was consistently helpful. Room request and upgrade appreciated. Beautiful resort.No charge for self parking was nice. Love the water bottles and refill stations around the resort. ALso found the pool staff helpful and enjoyed the chair covers and towel service.

Liked: The Gold experience is just as good as it has been on previous stays. The Team is friendly and goes out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

Disliked: TOOOO many "private events" when you feel you are a guest, not them.:(( Loud and too many...(Business for you, but it seems like over the limit for people who came to enjoy facilities...(

Wonderful place, that we hope...

Liked: Beach: The beach was great. Plenty of seating, very easy to rent equipment to go do several things. The 1 hour free snorkeling includes each day was a great hit for us. Swam with several turtles. The reef isn't necessarily the most colorfull and lively we've ever seen, but definitely still very beautiful to look at. We're a bit adventurous, so we wanted to rent paddle bords, kayaks and surf boards to go out off the cove with, but that wasn't allowed without a guide. They could be utilised inside the cove. Room: The room was very nice. Bathroom was great and there was a lot of closet space. The TV was an older model, so it wasn't possible to stream anything or cast to it, which didn't bother us, but definitely is notable if that is a requirement.Food: We mainly ate at the breakfast buffet, which was quite varied. Enjoyed the fact that you could get freshly made omelets by a chef every morning. Ate dinner at Browns looking at the sunset. The food was great and can definitely recommend that. The purple Ube bread, that they served was a highligt and the service was super good
Disliked: The service as the breakfast was a bit distant. Could be hard to get a spoon, to-go cup og things like that.

Liked: Staff was outstanding. So professional and efficient. Wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Housekeeping was excellent.
Disliked: Was overpriced but service may have made up for it. Compared with other luxury hotels nearby. Walkways were a little dark and foreboding near the beach.

Liked: Everything!! Loved the snorkeling, the staff, the gifts!!!! My birthday was so very special&unforgettable. Ohhhh the shampoo & conditioner was excellent & softened my dry hair.
Disliked: Was high priced but we splurged
