As always the Fairmont overpromised...

Liked: The pools were great.
Disliked: They featured firepits by the lake (that they refused to light). They featured shuttles to town for dinner (that they were not running), and they featured a selection of 4 restaurants (2 of which were closed). The food was overpriced and mediocre at the only restaurant taking tables when we wanted to eat.

Disliked: For $500. per night i would have appreciated a bathroom I could actually turn around in- this was the smallest bathroom i have ever seen- you could not move . It was smaller than any camper bathroom...very disappointing, you had to step into the shower to shut the door.

Liked: Staff exceeded my expectations.. Service is wonderful, Food is good..
Disliked: Late check in when they said its guaranteed 4pm check in, i have a baby with my 2boys so its hard when we could get settled on the specified time, specially we have activities booked already. There was a plastic on my sons ice cream and i pointed it out with the waiter. The bathroom and the room could have been cleaner.. i saw coffee stain on the bathroom doors and walls, and the suite should have been upgraded. Also there suite is at the corner too close to the road, as in when you get out you can actually get hit by a vehicle passing by, i would not recommend this to family with kids.
