Good
Disliked: There was absolutely no maid service. I was told when I checked in that the cleaning staff was every other day. I checked in on Saturday understanding no one would clean on Christmas. I came back on Tuesday and no one cleaned I called the front desk and they apologized stating they would see if someone was still on premises but it did not matter where we going to go at 4 pm after being gone all day. They told me a manager would call but never got call back. I pay good money to have a clean room and bathroom and none was provided for the four nights I stayed.

Liked: Breakfast was good. I think the time needs to start earlier than 7 am. Even 6:30. Maybe throw some hash browns in there as an easy filler.

Poor
Liked: Great location. Great service checking in. Front staff was amazing
Disliked: Room was musty when we walked in. Floor felt damp but not bad. Next morning we asked for towels but was told there was non available. Went back later to receive 2. Next day went to tell front desk about having to wear shoes in the room the past two days because floor was soaking wet. Our belongings and shoes were wet. There was a noise in the bathroom sounded like dripping or electrical. I did report these. Asked to speak with management. Front desk was super helpful, but management acted like it wasn’t that big of a deal. Had to go back on the 3rd day to ask for towels again.
