Disliked: I was traveling with my dog who is afraid of elevators and there wasn’t a ground floor room. I arrived right at checkin time. When I was checking out, that person said something about only queen bed pet rooms are at higher floors. If I had been offered any room at ground level I would have taken it. I was disappointed.

Breakfast was a disappointment
