Liked: It was a nice space but the staff manager Theresa was so rude and judgmental she liked a whole family out of the pool room because she thought they werent guests at the hotel and threatened to call the police she was also very rude to me and my group and harassed us all night about who was in what room even though we had more than one room booked
Disliked: The manager made us uncomfortable and we felt in welcome and I called previously to make sure the rooms were ready but when she saw the four of us she was acting like the reservations disappeared and she needed to call booking to verify we were the right people and even though I gave her my id and name and card that I paid with she was acting like we couldnt stay or book other rooms aside from the reservation that she couldnt see anymore and that it was going to be way more expensive than the reservation we booked with booking
